武汉长春观住持升座为道教女方丈(组图)

　　中新社武汉十一月十五日电 (记者 艾启平)武汉长春观住持吴诚真大师十五日正式升座为方丈。她成为中国首位道教女方丈，这在一千八百余年的道教历史中也绝无仅有。中国国家宗教事务局副局长齐晓飞、中国道教协会会长任法融等出席了升座庆典仪式。

　　十五日的武汉长春观内，人山人海，道乐飘扬。当日上午，长春观王姆殿首先举行了隆重的开光庆典。九时三十分许，吴诚真大师在两列身着道袍的道人引导下，步入临街的长春观大门前正式接受奏章文疏。随后在王姆殿前，吴诚真大师方丈升座庆典隆重举行。

　　在道教中，方丈是对道教十方丛林最高领导者的称谓。方丈的选拔也很严格，必须受过三坛大戒，而且接过“方丈法”，德高望重、戒行精严，受全体道众拥戴，始许选为方丈。今年五月初，长春观恢复丛林制度，决定礼请现任住持吴诚真大师升任长春观方丈。

　　吴诚真大师，现任湖北省政协常委、湖北省道教协会会长、武汉市道教协会会长、武汉长春观住持。汉族，一九五七年一月生，武汉新洲人氏，华中科技大学研究生学历。一九八四年三月在武汉市长春观出家，拜北京白云观第二十二代方丈谢宗信大师为师。

　　多年以来，吴诚真大师带领广大道教徒和信教民众发扬道教优良传统，为政府排忧解难、扶贫济困、助学兴教、修桥补路、帮孤助寡等方面做出了积极贡献。仅二000年至今，长春观向社会各界捐款近四百万元人民币。二十多年来，仅吴诚真大师俗家弟子就过万人。

　　从二00三年至今，吴诚真大师还广泛开展道教文化对外交流，曾多次率领武汉长春观道众出国考察，并就道教义理、经忏科仪、音乐等方面进行切磋，向国外著名宫观汲取管理经验，进一步促进长春观的全方位自身改善，足迹遍及东南亚、欧洲各地。

　　来自海内外的道教团体、宫观以及武汉市民等数千人出席了十五日的系列庆典活动。一位来自武当山的道长对记者表示，吴诚真大师在广大道众和广大信众中享有较高德望，丰富的知识使其更具凝聚力。尽管拥有众多光环，但是她总以微笑迎人，始终谦虚而坦然。

　　武汉长春观位于武昌大东门东北角双峰山南坡，是中国道教著名十方丛林之一，为历代道教活动场所。
